Elmer Ramírez Quiroz
He holds a M.S. in Energy Management and Audit in Business from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He has a B.Sc. in Electro - Mechanical Engineering. He specializes in Renewable Energy and Energy Audits with extensive industry experience in addition to carrying out international accreditation processes for Engineering Programs granted by the agencies ASSIN of Germany and ABET of the United States. He is the author of the book, Programmable Logic Controllers, an alternative to modern automation, published by CONCYTEC.
