José Ramos Saravia
He holds a PhD in Advanced Thermal Engineering and Energy Optimization from Universidad de Zaragoza. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (UNI). He is the Associate Editor of Distributed Generation & Alternative Energy Journal of the Association of Energy Engineers. He has worked professionally in the industry, including work as an energy consultant. He is a specialist in cogeneration and combined cycle power plants.
